DÉLUMON designs unique items in a limited edition. They will only be released once online and in store. We almost never reproduce our products. From time to time we restock some sold-out products.
How will I know there will be a restock?
We advise you to follow us on social media and to turn on your post notification or subscribe to our newsletter. We’ll keep you updated.
What is the average delivery time?
Orders placed before 3 pm on working days, will be delivered the next day inside the Netherlands or Belgium. Other countries have a average of 3 days.
How much are the shipping cost?
At DÉLUMON we offer free delivery in the Netherlands.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with GLS or DHL.
How do I check my order status?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment status of your order until it is delivered.
How do I return or exchange a product?
You can return the product(s) within 14 days. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with all original DÉLUMON tags attached. The shipping costs for returning items are at your expense.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive your return package, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method you used to pay.
What should I do if my product is damaged?
Please send us the product(s) along with your receipt. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.
What are the washing instructions?
We advise you to wash the products inside out in the washing machine, not hotter than 30 degrees. Use detergent without bleach and do not use fabric softener. Printed products can’t be put in the dryer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/ CBC, Sofort Banking and Bancontact.
What to do when you filled in the wrong order information?
If you have mistakenly entered the wrong address during your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. They will do their best to solve this problem for you.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order after you have ordered and paid online. You can return your order within 14 days and your money will be refunded.
I have not received an order confirmation.
It can take up to two (2) hours to receive the email order confirmation after you have placed your order. Also check your spam inbox. If you haven’t received a confirmation after two hours, please contact our customer service department.
