Shipping

The expected delivery time varies from country to country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT.

Netherlands Free of charge (1 day delivery)
Europe Zone 1 Free of charge (1-2 day delivery)
Europe Zone 2 € 5,00 (Free of charge if the total order value is €150 or more) (3-5 day delivery)
Outside Europe € 10,00 (Free charge if the total order value is €250 or more) (5-10 day delivery)

Outside Europe:
Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL, GLS or DHL. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by DÉLUMON, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

*Shipping to the United States: shipping costs of € 10,00 with no custom charges applicable to orders under $700. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by DÉLUMON, nor are they included in the order total.


Holiday Season / Clearance Sales
Because of the high demand of our sale items, orders placed during the sale are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Therefore it is possible that your order will be cancelled because of out of stock items. Please take into account longer delivery times during holiday periods and clearance sales.

We will do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible.

Product appearance
The product images on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images. 

The packaging shown may differ.

Processing guidelines
All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you in case products you have ordered are out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Delivery date estimates
We strive to process and ship all orders within 5 working days after receipt. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order tracking number by email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

International shipping policies
If you order products via our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Undeliverable and refused packages
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address we are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

Inspection
You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in an”as expected” condition. In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please use the contact form to contact us as soon as possible with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.

Shipping errors or damaged products
We are committed to selling only high quality products. In order to guarantee this, we carry out various quality checks before a product is dispatched. If you have received (a) wrong or damaged product(s), please contact us within 30 days of receiving the ordered products to be eligible for a free exchange with (a) new, similar product(s) or a refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 7 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.

Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.

Returning an item: You can return one or more products within 14 days from the date of delivery

Conditions:

  1. Please make sure that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, undamaged and unwashed, with all labels attached to the articles, free of perfume, smoke and other odours.
  2. Fill in the return form below.
  3. Only fill in the ‘Exchange’ box if you actually want to exchange an item.
  4. If you would like to exchange an item, type in the size and colour.
  5. We advise you to send your returns via Track & Trace, so that you always have proof of return if something goes wrong with a third party.
  6. DÉLUMON does not cover the return costs, unless there is a production error or an item has been delivered other than purchased.

Refunds

Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at DELUMON. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days after receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
